Im 15 and pretty boneless cos I never mewed as a kid + genetics. If I started injecting myself with straight insulin I stole from my parents would that be optimal or is that completely stupid

even the tiniest of fuck ups with insulin with either send you to the hospital or you will just fucking die. If dont time it correctly and eat the proper amount of carbs with it could be fatal so do your research.

Read the name written on it, so that we know if it's rapid, short, intermediate or long acting

Long acting insulin provides a steady level throughout the day and doesn't spike (detemir has a slight peak tho). You don't need to consume carbs after injection, but it should still be used under medical supervision

It is injected once daily; the time of day doesn't matter, but it should be consistent each day
