Hasn't even been a week but I've gained 4lbs, look much Fuller and also leaner while eating a combination of junk and clean food.

Also telmisartan is a great drug, taking it for blood pressure but it also makes me retain alot more potassium so bloat is down and I no longer get any muscle spasms whereas I used to get them multiple times per week upon waking.

Inb4 diabetes
