The benefits (physical, cognitive) are worth it for those of us who have triple digit IQs. Glucose is the life molecule and insulin is the life hormone. 50IU of intranasal insulin has me firing on all cylinders cognitively.

Dysgenic diabetics figure this out when they are children. But I agree that if you're low IQ you should stay away from insulin. That doesn't make me retarded, in fact, being afraid of insulin reminds me of being afraid of steroids or plastic surgery. If you plan to gymcel and roidcel, the benefits of insulin are too vast to not take it. And it's a great cognitive enhancer.
