Hey guys, I have been doing a little bit of research as im gonna start HGH and was going to pair it with something to help mitigate issues with insulin resistance like metformin or berberine, but I heard these two things block MTOR pathways and isnt ideal for muscle growth.

I ordered reta aswell and I will be using it for 1-2 months but for after Im done with reta im not to sure what to pair it with to mitigate insulin issues. People recommended sglt2 inhibitors but apparently it also lowers IGF-1 levels. Would appreciate some help on this topic. Do I just take the risk and just pin before bed fasted or should I just pair it with something like berberine or an sglt2 inhibitor.

How much would you recommend for insulin benefits while not having appetite supression

2mg is enough for regular hgh doses
Would that mean appetite supression though? Im starting off with .5 then upping the dose by .5 every two weeks, so it would take me 2 months just to get to 2mg and for it to feel “normal”. Im really not to sure how to dose it so i dont feel the side effects but also get the benefits of insulin sensitivity.

Small doses will have small benefits.
Small dose will not help much with insulin sensitivity.
Get a blood glucose monitor and just pin fasted for 5 hrs prior to sleep.
