Is therr any supplement/peptide or whatever that increases insulin sensitivity for when ur on roids and peptides that u dont get insulin resistance(one that u only need to take once a day or once every ither day not like berberine)

cutting out all carbs is pretty hard than id have to eat steak or sum for breakfast if i mae protein my main energy source
