The most important hormones are linked to this one: insulin. IGF-1, some androgenes etc... but as a someone who has inherited high insulin resistence genetically, it is pretty difficult to maintain those levels high and shit. jfl
So, ive come with some well known methods, but since i didnt see any threads talking about this, i'll be disserting about them.
1. intermitent fast: basically consists in fasting for 8-24 hours, it can be done every day or ocasionally. The thing is, if you dont eat enough nutrients, carbs, proteins, your body wont work the way it is meant to be. So, for insulin sensibility, the OMAD (One meal A Day) diet can work in this case.
Fasting works because you are letting your body acctualy produce insulin and use it the right way and alsk letting your glicose levels decrease, since your not eating anything. This will make your insulin sensibility increase, resulting in higher igf-1 and other hormones.

2. Chromium picolinate: it is a chromium, that means your body doesnt naturally produces it. When suplementing picolinate, it will decrease sugar cravings and also work on the GIP, decreasing your glicose.

Well, since ive not seen any threads about this and ik its a very important thing when we are talking about hormones, ive decided to make this thread. Feel free to add more and discuss about it. Ive used all i know about this topic in this thread so i can share with you guys.
Thank you for your attention.
