This approach utilizes MARPE’s ability to reverse the effects of extractive orthodontics, improving the bite and airway for many patients suffering from Sleep-Related Breathing Disorders (SRBD), Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome (UARS), and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)

How hard is it to get MSE covered by insurance, like how you can a rhinoplasty covered.

I swim so breathing is a big part of my sport and i was wondering If i can combo some swim bullshit with fake breathing problems in order to get it partially covered, anyone have any experience with this or know a friend who has done it?

By rhinoplasty being covered you must be talking about a septorhinoplasty, which is way easier to get covered than MSE

It's likely that you'll need to fake your results in a sleep test aswell as prove theres some sort of obstruction to your breathing

Gonna be pretty hard, and insurance doesnt gaf about sports so dont try that, but theres plenty of threads here that explain how to fake a sleep test, etc
