insured Le Fort 1?

Hello, im 17 years old, i live in sweden. Recessed maxilla and mandible.
We do have free healthcare im not sure how often they do give out Le Fort 1, one of my friends is getting it because of some problems with his braces.

I was on discord yesterday and i kinda figured out that i might have some airway issues or maybe sleep apnea and i did some digging and found out that i prolly did have it. And even better i might get free le fort 1. Apparently im super likely to have UARS and a slim chance of OSA,
i have headaches and im usually super tired all day and when i wake up my jaw and arms are heavy which is a sign that i might have it, i also sleep alot and dont feel any energy either.

But lets say i did have what are my chances of getting Le Fort 1?
would they just say no and give a random small machine for breathing?
like BiPAP or cpap?

im new to all this but im super broke so this might geniunely be my only shot of getting lefort.

if you have a narrow ass airway and breathing problems i assume theres a pretty high chance you'll get it after hunderds of tests and consults, go for it gng

first never mention anything about looks untill you're talking to your surgeon. mention things like sleep quality, trouble breathing through your nose, palate issues, jaw clicking, etc. dont lie alot try and tell the truth but just sprinkle some things in. say things like you feel like you're mouth is too small for your tounge just act like a retard but try and make a good point

they wont, you're 17 years old and instead of fixing the main cause they give you some old man breathing device you could easily get that settled if it happens (which it most likely WONT)

i mean they're going to do some tests like a sleeping test which you can fake using some methods, they will also scan your airway which you cant really larp but at the end of the day if you're decently recessed and talk about breathing issues and just seem believeable and check some of the boxes they're looking for then you should be in the green zone for it

alright this is what im gonna do.

im gonna tell my dad im having super bad issues with my sleep that might be causing me not going to school and he might say alright and take me to a doctor.

and when i go to the doctor i wont mention OSA or UARS but instead name some issues like i wake up with headaches i feel tired even after 12 hours of sleep i barley go to school and when i go outside i get tired very quickly causing me to go home and just sleep.

and then they might just give me the surgery since its messing with school and my everyday life and probably braces too.
does this sound good or do i gotta add something?

no update they took blood tests n stuff but since i didnt specify sleep apnea they mightve brushed it off, im going to call tommorow morning and specify it.
