I would assume that it's already being utilized by many, and that is for good reason.

A quite powerful tool and defense mechanism which personally has helped me in countless of scenarios that I would've struggled in normally.

My goal is to be very close to fully detached from my emotions. I really don't see the use of having emotions in the modern world, it's only a handicap most of the time.

I try and utilize it in virtually every scenario that I'm in. I find that it is quite powerful in obtaining the best results no matter what. It's especially helpful in loss, no matter what type of loss. As you can ignore the emotional aspect (which usually is quite draining of time and sanity) and focus on turning the loss into a win. Also in social situations it can be helpful, as I while intellectualizing can navigate without the endless overthinking (overthinking which for me personally leads to sweating and is a BIG failo). But lastly I would like to argue that it is the most powerful tool when elevating your life and gaining a good amount of self-control which is necessary for productivity. Or at least I've found that it is the strategy which allows for me to be the most productive.
