Intelligence in very simple terms, is ones ability to predict the future and manipulate causality by noticing patterns. It is a literal superpower. You can see the vast difference that intelligence creates when you compare humans to other animals. A truly intelligent person (someone with high IQ, creativity and social sense) is just unstoppable. They will simply dominate across almost all hierarchies in society so long as they do not have any neurological disabilities and are reasonably driven. I'd rather be a superbright 5ft2 incel than a 6ft2 male model tier dumb chad.



You see there is so much more to life than dumb animal pleasure. Like this dude for an example, has developed the ability to see changes in velocity like a sharingan. The intelligence pill is utterly brutal.

legit although a pure iq test isn't exactly a perfect measure of intelligence though. There is the ability to recognize patterns within ones own thoughts (creativity) as well. This is harder to measure but is also a key component of intelligence.

I've been trying to improve cognitive function by regularly playing thinking games like sudoku, chess, etc. I also play Tetris to try to speed up reaction speed.

I'm interested in 'lion's mane' which is shown to improve brain function, helps prevent cell death and even pushes for growth.

The only way to increase iq/reaction time is with nicotine and if you study something you can get good at it. Perhaps in the future there will be some gene therapy to increase neuro plasticity in adults which might allow you to retrain yourself to a higher IQ. Brain computer interfaces and eventually gradual mind uploads are the ultimate form of intelligence augmentation.

An idea I have is using sensors to measure which hemisphere of the brain iis being used and give haptic feedback. Maybe if people could become aware of what exactly their brains were doing when they thought they could optimize the process to be slightly more efficient and nuanced. E.g. if given a math problem you could focus entirely on your left brain and solve it a bit easier. Just a thought.
