intense injection pain

yo niggas each time I pin my delts im in severe pain, like its bad like the hand I use to pin starts shaking and shit and the pain is worse each time, I think i end up pinning the exact same spot over and over and like doublind my scar tissue each time, I use small needles yet they prolly hurt as much or worse than If i used a harpoon, I use 29g half inch needles, if someone could help that would be appreciated
