Ive been killing myself on 3.5 13 incline treadmill wondering why im so fucking tired

But the truth is its almost impossible to do an intense cardio session when on a harsh calorie restriction will switch to 3 speed 9 incline

Yeah of course you shouldnt be killing yourself with that type of cardio. The whole point of doing cardio like incline treadmill is keeping your heartbeat rate below a certain number, so that youre burning more fat and not more carbs. 3 speed 9 incline sounds good, just do an incline and speed that gets you sweating but not gasping for air like an obese idiot

Cardio is cope for fat loss anyway, calorie restriction combined with deficit is even more low iq. Focus on fuel partitioning rather than CICO for fat loss. This means not focusing on making progress on a scale tomorrow morning but rather metabolic adaptation of fat burning and steady energy release which will make you lose weight without counting shit and weighing food like a person with eating disorder :feelsohgod::feelsohgod:.
