I’m considering using estriol cream but I’m afraid it’s gonna negatively impact my facial hair growth. If anyone has personal experience please lmk.

I don't have experience with it, but I am educated on facial hair growth.

I doubt it would make any major difference or stunt your facial hair growth.

If you use a derma roller, you don't have to worry about it.
