Mehmet is a renowned plastic surgeon, he is friends with Burak Sercan Ercin and Mehmet is also known to work with giants. A decent bimax for this guy with recessed maxilla

Default result tbh.
Could have been more maxilla advancement and more downgraft as I think

His maxilla/jaw are now normalized, wich was the goal of the surgery.

Eventhough I agree that there is no visible chadification and bolder moves may have resulted in a more aestheticaly pleasant outcome, I think functionality was still the goal than aesthetics in this surgery

Because “chadification” is not possible.
I agree that perhaps he could have benefited from slightly more maxillary advancement and maybe a vertical genioplasty.

All your post are pessimistic about chadification and it upsets me. I know the narrative about"chads are born not made" but still there plenty of room for ascension. Even if we become HTN it will still be enough. Best example is Nicholas Mihaila (giants and pagnoni patient) He had a decent base but terrible eye area. However he managed to make his prey eyes hunter eye. I think with careful actions it is possible to increase PSL.

I have not seen a single surgery that's transformed an average looking person to a chad.

I agree with this but too many here have unrealistic expectations about what surgery can achieve.

The best transformations I've seen consist of good looking people who were held back by a singular flaw.

Agreed.

Bimax done by the right hands is good at creating chad side profiles. But frontal view changes are often underwhelming in comparison unless the person had short face syndrome or just gets lucky.

And for implants, Giant is meant to be the best and most black pilled, but I've only seen a couple of before and afters that impressed me. And quite frankly even those looked a little uncanny to be honest.

Members here really over-rate "features". Putting a strong jaw and zygos on a LTN doesn't suddenly make them handsome... in fact sometimes it can make them look weird. A ton of different things work together to make someone good looking. Surgery works best when it's just a single major flaw and everything else is good.

For people starting from an average base, I would say a lucky 10% get a significant PSL boost from procedures. But even then, the amount of those who ascend to chad or even chad-lite is extremely rare.

Who tf is Nicholas Mihaila

People need to understand that life is not black and white. There's either Sub5 or Chad here.

The guy has achieved a good result. It now looks normal. That's what a Bimax is for. Eliminate the flaws. If he wants, he can still improve. Implants, FAT Graft, etc...

Almost like a single surgery alone cant get you from 60th percentile to 99th :feelsthink:

True

An actual question, why should it be a singular flaw? Why not two flaws?
If someone had not only bimax but also a rhino they won’t get the same results as someone with normal nose and bimax?
Where is the line?

Looks good for 10 weeks post op. I guess after 6 months once swelling goes he will look very good
