because he overfilled, some fat died and is left as dead lumps which can only be surgically removed, basically a bleph, this will get worse as the the infra orbital septum will sag and push it out for the view with time

When this happens with age the lumps will be morr visible since they will be pushed out for view, see below

think it’s more rare than they make it out to be tho as long as u get quality situation as region is tricky

The influencer didn't go to a quality clinic at all (def not Tweaqo's clinic) ... he got this done in the states with a random surgeon I believe -- which should serve as a cautionary tale for people to fill undereyes with a quality clinic.

is the survival rate directly affected by the amount of fat used? For example the more fat the less survival rate and it would be better to be conservative?
