Underneath the plastic things, I think. The gap between them is where the maxilla has been pushed apart.

I asked and 13mm can be done
If its whole maxilla movement LifeFuel
If only alveolar ringe- still good- Lefort 1 only give like 6-7mm without damaging nerves
