The septum is the biggest part of the nose, that literally just shows what you look like without it (with some other effects from whatever accident he went through)


It is however an interesting image within the context of rhinoplasty
Nicely illustrates the difference between a flat vs projected nose bridge
Wonder if grafts can help that

No shit rest of his face got fucked up

clearly affected their development because they looked more similar at a younger age
