Interesting question that sparked me is that is it worth to lift to attain a good physique ? or should you just leanmaxx for looksmaxxing (face)

Honestly i don't think its high maintainablity to go everyday to the gym, put ur bag down, lift weights, flex in the lighted distorted mirrors with added definition then go home to chug down a shit ton of chicken (hell in reality) then sleep and repeat this for 3+ year's and have to maintain like this everyday when you have a job,family,pet's,responsibilite's, free time, etc.

Why do this all when you can just leanmaxx in a calorie deficet and go do something more productive in term's of excerising like playing basketball,Bodyweight excerise's (calisthentic's, and helps with leanmaxxing too.

I just don't think slaving away at the gym for female validation or slaying when the girl is already getting pounded away by a leanmaxxed white boy who's skinny....
 
Once you got the physique u can maintain it by gymcelling 1-2 times per week max
