didn't know it was possible turns out it was from bad posture and shit muscle mass but i thought it was just their genetic shape lol. just something i noticed they were a strong v before now they are almost a straight line

its called growing up, what do you mean by strong v? like negative tilt?

left (but even more of a v) became right with a very slight v

also im 20 rn and ive only noticed the change recently when they were noticeably v-shaped 1 year ago

nah my posture is still bad tbh but my shoulders have good posture because i started just holding them in a good position (idk how to explain it but if you shrug and push your shoulders back and hold it that way that's the ideal shoulder posture). also better gym training (more cable isolation training which helped me target my shoulder muscles better. used to do a lot of dumbbell stuff when i first started out for the 9 months which wasn't good bc i didn't feel my shoulder muscles activate much bc of bad form)

they got longer so they have more weight so they sit hanging like a coat hanger, scapula growth does that too. being 20 is normal for this too happen clavicles can grow until 22-25

straight i think, you get a slightly wider width with them straightened out too, but it's not super significant tbh maybe like 1 cm max

very slight v if wide shoulders will look propped up. straight line is the best in all other cases and is second in wide
