A group of users here recommends bimax for everyone who doesn’t have chad forward growth. I’m not going to go into why this is stupid, but this is something I’ve noticed; whenever someone here does get bimax or a result drops from Reddit, people mostly say the result looks shit. Then when you ask them for good examples, they send some subhuman level recessed mfer who had Alfaro as his surgeon. Almost like bimax is a rare procedure because it is rarely needed. All that money for a few mm of jaw projection with some of these guys (little-no SMV change), and the bulk of the actual change comes from the genioplasty done alongside the bimax. I swear, some of you guys should be on these surgeons payrolls with the amount of free advertising you do. And plus, notice how I included Reddit results because out of the thousands of looksmaxer in here only a few have gotten bimax. I wonder why.
