I’m ngl this looks like it has the potential to blow up the torso, I’m a big fan of using bands especially for the back and also for push-ups , motions that require you to use your whole upper body to contract and strain it apart.

Been using one for 2 days now, its a relatively cheap but lesser quality one, the springs are a lot fucking stronger than you would expect its crazy, after a couple of the exercises in the video I really feel my upper back though
