Malnutrition and going on certain diets such as vegan diets, Standard American Diets or not getting enough meat in your diet can lead to manletism, Frameletism, weak jawlines, low testosterone, less broad shoulder's, down syndrome and birth defects
if you are a manlet or a framelet then you can blame your parents for malnourishing you when you was younger and not feeding you enough dairy and meat not only are their ribs and shoulders not developed properly but their hips and bones are also undeveloped so this is a very interesting thing to know I think if you want to maximize your frame and height then eating more meat and dairy is a really good thing to do if your still 14-16 you still could have a late growth spurt if you change up your diet
