Just join groups or sports where you mog the other guys. It can be climbing, running, poetry or fucking anime club. Just join a club that is not chad infiltrated, mog the other guys. And by the law of attraction, the more time you spend there being the mogger, the more the girls will be interested in you. Maybe there are landwhales and ugly girls, but most of the time, there will be some cute girls too. I did this a few years ago when I started bouldering (form of climbing), the girls mogged the guys there in terms of attractiveness.

I've latin-dance maxxed in the past and it was ok. There were more men than women though, lots of who were also only there to get with girls. There were a few chads, but most of them were gay i think.

Can always try I suppose. I personally quit but it's something I will get back to if I ever want to slay milfs. Latindancing scene is filled with 30+ yo women here.
