I usually break my fast at 10 30 am with high potassium fruit like a banana, then eat sweet potatoes and potatoes with my big lunch. This combined with water, cardio, sleep, healthy diet, and losing bf percent will debloat face pretty well. Once I’m finished the cut and eat slightly above maintenance I won’t do fasting anymore but for cutting it’s working well- also helps manage calories
