I had the goated method during my years at school, and had forgotten since then.

JFL at retards eating breakfast, and any meal for that matter before 4pm. School lunch tasted like diabolical ass cheeks and breakfast was small or skipped.

Then i’d eat however much I want after 4pm and also played sport.

0 fat, shredded asf effortlessly.

Didn’t even feel hunger at school.

I'd always eat breakfast and then nothing at school so breakfast into nothing and dinner at 4 pm. That breakfast was crashing my insulin thats why I was always sleepy at school but who tf knows those things when they're 13

same and now i ended up a manlet:feelswhy: shouldnt have skipped so many meals, especially considering i had potential with above avg parents

my mum is 5'2 and my dad 5'8 and im 5'10 barefoot so I did okay-ish. I fraud 5.11,5 with shoes

Yes i’m saying if you ate good and the same amount of calories while you skipped meals you wouldn’t be manlet.

If you ate 2500 calories a day in 1 meal, or 2500 calories in 3/4 meals it would have made 0 difference to your height.

i ate 1 meal a day when i was a kid and it was pasta or some shit most of the time , there wasnt any hope to begin with

Not got anything to do. I’d you consume 3k calories over a whole day or 3k in one meal it will have the same effect on growth. Just a matter of if you can stomach all your calories at one.

very sustainable if you don’t have fucked up blood sugar levels like 99% of the population, including you if you can’t manage one meal a day, there is a serious problem with your blood sugar.

I can easily manage a meal a day, it’s just not healthy at all.
