I basically just wake up drink black coffee and hit my vape. I maybe have another coffee a bit later.

First meal at 2 pm chicken and salad

Dinner is usually a steak with eggs

No hunger at all

Just replace carbs with fat and stick to 2 meals a day do some cardio if you need to

You claim that you are a athlete but you dont eat carbs? (Not because its important for T, there are more reasons)

Tru, I aim for 140g protein daily, fat less than 80g but zero carbs? I mean sure I am cutting but having no carbs makes me feel weak. So for carbs it’s probably around 70g daily and that’s enough to keep you shredded but obviously slower than guys who aim for no carbs whatsoever

10-20 grams of carbs a day, doesn’t break keto, keeps you running also doesn’t affect bloat
