so i'm on a cut and eat twice a day
first meal at 1pm then last meal at 5pm
however in the morning around 7 i have a couple glasses of unhomogenised milk and spoons of honey
can anyone tell me how impactful this is on my hormones as I know insulin is affected I just dont know too much about it
I'm autistic and like to be optimal so if it is significant I'll have them at a lster time
Link studies or guides if they answer this question

intermittent fasting is pointless, it won't change your looks or your health significantly. Just eat when you want

well im still in a calorific deficit just wonder how the hormones would change

little evidence to support certain claims but Growth hormone may increase by a fraction. Don't expect any results from it. Insulin will decrease when fasted, and testosterone has no conclusive data to suggest significant change
