internet addiction oh my its brutal

i sleep like 12 hours a day and the other 12 hours is internet. i use it right when i wake up until right when i go to sleep, while eating, literally the whole day i do nothing else.

this morning i decided not to use internet for some hours and i started feeling very depressed and the whole world felt like nothing. i couldnt find anything to do but look thru some books and my old MTG collection. looked at my legos and stuff but its not like when i was a kid, at this point i forgot how to play .

then i got my journal and wrote schizo gibberish and some of the words i didnt even know what meaning
