The key to scalable business models is being product-focused instead of service-focused and automating as much as possible. Software is not a service but rather a digital product.

Taking all of this into account it’s fucking hard to build a product or software that meets all these requirements and there’s thousands upon thousands of competition within the Software as a service and e-commerce niches.
