idk if this is supposed to be water or not at this point but heres what im referencing:

it makes more sense than frantically trying to "deworm" with synthetic chemicals when we coexisted for so long. Here actually, deworming is linked to gut disease. Its a nice read. I'd also assume if helminths legit make you skinny and starve you to death, you aren't eating nutritiously enough in the first place (following raw carnivore logic).

Concerning tapeworms, this is an interesting excerpt:
"There are 2 classes of human flatworms called trematodes (flukes) and cestodes. The trematodes live predominantly in the venous system (e.g., schistosome species), biliary system (e.g., Clonorchis), gut (e.g., Fasciolopsis), orairway (e.g., Paragonimus). The cestodes include the intestinal tapeworms like Diphyllobothrium latum (fish tapeworm), Taenia saginata (beef tapeworm), and Taenia solium (pig tapeworm).Humans also are exposed to various helminths of domesticated or wild animals through agricultural practices, hunting, and animal husbandry. Most of these helminths, however, fail to sustain human colonization, presumably because of genetic differences in the human host, and have no association with human illness (e.g., Trichuris suis). Other animal helminths like Toxocara canis (dog ascarid), Dirofiliaria immitis (dog heartworm), and Trichinella spiralis infrequently cause pathology in humans"; Now this contradicts science so idk. Naturally I asked AI if this is true, it said that its true for some, while for beef and fish tapeworms you can be asymptomatic while infected, and for the pork tapeworm its usually ok but, I quote:
"
  • Intestinal Infection: Many individuals with a T. solium infection may be asymptomatic or experience mild gastrointestinal symptoms, such as abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea.
  • Cysticercosis: A more serious condition occurs when humans ingest T. solium eggs (often through fecal contamination). This can lead to cysticercosis, where larvae form cysts in various tissues, including muscles, eyes, and the central nervous system. This condition can cause severe complications, including seizures and neurological issues.
"

This would cover all biggest risk factors concerning consumption of even wild raw meat. Thoughts?

If you read what you sent, all they propose is a name change lol. They actually concur with most of what the hygiene hypothesis has to say. I've read the part about helminths (because that's the topic of my post) and they agree, word for word they say what Joel Weinstock said. Regarding helminth treatment, all it references is this: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25884706 and they say that, when applied, it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. The fact it works is enough, chances are if you have gut issues in the west its also another factor. Helminths could never, even theoretically, be the be-all cure. Just a factor

actually what it says is that the hygiene hypothesis is cope and more likely to give u infections and that a diverse gut microbiome (not pathogens) is needed to handle various immune responses

Doesn't at all reference research that directly disproves the role of helminths in the immune system then lol. Since helminths are considered pathogens, do some pathogens help immune diseases while others do not? Whats the argument. Are we comparing common helminth pathogens to tropical diseases that kill you in 7 days or something? Are we being realistic? Gonna compare exposure to whipworms and rolling and swimming in faeces or some shit? Being overly hygienic and indoors in an urban environment (different to an idealized countryside environment) is cited as the main problem in the hygiene hypothesis. Being overly hygienic, because thats a definable term. This is a scientific fact, because of the hypothesis. Confusion around pathogens arises when... When you forget to wash your hands after being outside one time and then die lol. Because thats never happened. So I don't see what you're getting at. Define the pathogens pls. Also W article trying to disprove an already well established hypothesis lol

not enough evidence / trials showing their effectiveness and u can get sick if the therapy is not done right

lets agree to disagree because Im pretty sure theres enough evidence. I agree you might get sick if "not done right"

im gonna cross reference this thread and add that raw pork is weird, perhaps also why it was banned (still though technically its ok unless an egg makes it from your shit to your face through your hand when you wipe):
