Introduction + Ascension Plan

Hello everyone,

I’ve been watching this community for almost 3 years now, reading post, following guides, watching videos, but I figured it was time to finally bite the bullet and make an account and actually start engaging in the forum.

I would love to get some feedback on my starting point as well as my current ascension plan if anyone has any suggestions or advice it would be much appreciated.

Starting point:

Stats:
Age: 18
Height : 6 ft / 182 cm
Wingspan: 6’4 / 193 cm
Weight: 165 lbs / 75kg

What I’ve been doing:

Training:

Lifting 3-4x a week with a focus on lats a delts to try to enhance my frame.

I am trying to correct that my lower chest is over developed my focusing on only upper chest through incline movements. As well as trying to build my arms up more because they look skinny due to my long wingspan.

Overall I could be a lot more consistent with my training as I have only been getting to the gym 1-2x a week.

Diet:

I eat like fairly healthy trying to focus on Whole Foods but probably eat junk food 3-4 times a week. Could definitely lock this in a lot more

So the questions I am posing are:

What are my current biggest flaws and areas I should be focusing on improving?

Should I bulk or cut?

(I have struggled with this because I want to bulk to improve my physique but then my face look terrible after only a few weeks of being in a surplus. Any advice for this would be greatly appreciated.)

Should I considering pharmaceuticals intervention through peptides or similar compounds?

Another note is that I am currently going through Invisalign to improve my smile and also have a sleep study coming up to diagnose what I believe is sleep apnea, so having that diagnosis could open opportunities for surgeries or other medical intervention.

One of your flaws is your hair, you would look 10x better if you grew it out for about a year

im mirin that physique good job bro you have a very aesthetic physique with an average face which puts you above average overall

focus on hyoid rasing excersises, growing out ur eyelashes, eating a lot of sugar and collagen

Your biggest flaws are your chin to philtrum ratio, your philtrum is long and unideal, your hyoid is sunken, try elevating it more and grow out your hair to cover your forehead
