If 95% of foids are extreme extroverts, even many of the so called “austistic” ones, then what sense doesnt it make to act like introverted men are soy betas and extroverted men are High T?

Honestly, in my experience, it’s the other way around.

Guys in my family who are “extroverted” are always getting taking advantage of, by everyone around them. They are usually doormat people pleasers, who go out of their way to get everyone’s approval.

Not fucking with any one unless you are absolutely have to = Giga Alpha Trait.
Dont let anyone tell you otherwise. You don’t want to be that guy who doesn’t know when to shut the f up. You will just be seen as a try hard jestermaxxing who is not mentally strong enough to be by himself.

I think that as a man (specially sub Rich HTN) the best you could do for you own sake is self preservation.

Women should be as NT as possible, because society actually gives it back. Them. But it’s not the same for us.
