Could it be possible to increase height after puberty / growth plate close by hopping on sarms and training extended weighted inversion training?

No but you can increase bone thickness

You reach peak bone mass at age 25

You can't increase height without LL if your plates close. That's the only way to increase it or lift frauding.

No more height for you

but i heard bone mass can increase to 30 too

You could still thicken your bones if you inject alot of HGH like 5UI to 10UI daily

Okay bro. I have a malocclusion on one side and a resulting jaw assymetry. I was thinking if I hop on exogenous stuff (i was planning to anyway for gymmax, thought id add weighted inversion- some sarms only tho), this assymtery might worsen?

Do you have braces?

No it shouldnt make it worse its your malocclusion which results jaw assymetry not your jaw bones
