Inverted L osteotomy

As everybody knows downward growth of splanchnocranium is one of the most disgusting traits to have and one of the hardest to completly fix. Typical bimax can't help since vertically shortening whole maxilla is not possible and it can't touch ramus.
L osteotomy fix steep occlusal plane along with lenghtening ramus.

Bone graft is needed of course
Another good option is this osteotomy

Results are even better
This and side wing osteotomy and modified Lefort 3 will be able to completly fix disgusting downward growth in most cases

And actually it depends on base cause the less downward growth the better results

Yes cause when you rotate maxilla and mandible you don't have more space to also bring it forward
It should be done on next surgery cause now downward growth is fixed
