tbh id invest my money across stocks and bonds and then just get surgeries once I can afford them without making a huge dent in my bank account.

maxx out ur income first then invest properly in a relatively safe way. Get surgery as soon as u can though don’t delay. Depends what archetype you’re gonna maxx to cuz they have different shelf life’s and if you’re depending a lot on delicate features then you only have a while to be in your prime , which is the best opportunity you'll get to find wife material.

Just put your into a fund like an index fund or smth like that until youre sure you will get that surgery, much better than interest rates in the bank, little bit higher risk but the gain is much bigger

MONEYMAX FIRST , that's what I'm doing, I work some minimum wage job atm , even if I had a better jaw, nose etc nothing would change tbh so I save what I can and am trying to make money online and from crypto while working

Depends on how your carrer trajectory is looking, how expensive surgeries you need and the roi of them etc etc
