Invisalign/braces for looksmaxxing?

Going to an ortho tomorrow for consultation. I'm 19, pretty good teeth for never having braces, but I have a narrow palate (causes grinding at night too). Should I get braces or invisalign, and is there anything in specific I should request?

Invisalign could be faster , you have a narrow palate try to get an expander now you won’t have giga results but you’ll have a wider midface horizontally , maybe gain a few mm of Zygo projection and maybe maybe few mms of forward growth aswell but doubt it , you’ll sleep better , breathe better but hurts a bit . Don’t extract and you’ll be good
