Invisalign or Damon Braces?

I have the choice to get invisalign or Damon braces, Im working with a blackpilled ortho, he recomends invisalign since he is doing it since over 20 years, he´s good with it, but i have seen some mixed oppinions about damon braces vs invisalign,
people say damon braces are better then invisalign
but also theres people saying invisalign depends on how skilled your ortho is.

So my question is, Focusing solely on Portraction and expansion, which one of them is better?
also include reasoning please
