Invisalign or regular braces?

Should i choose invisalign or braces with rubber bands? which one is more likely to not cause recession?

my ortho hasn't done xray yet and i am just wondering in advance which kind of braces usually lead to better results

yes, you can expand retract align(duh), they are very versitile

Invisalign (with brackets) = Damon Braces (with Insignia) > Damon Braces (without Insignia) > Invisalign (without brackets) > Traditional Braces.

I'm doing Invisalign, because I consider it slightly better and more controlled than damon braces

No, idk you occlusion, your case, I just mentioned how versatile Invisilign is, You can do almost anything you want, if the ortho makes a custom plan and doesn't just takes the automated one from invisilign
