Invisalign tips

I currently have Invisalign in, and have had it since July. Doc says I have a class II overbite. I have a bottom tray in with elastics. A little bit behind schedule because I’ve been breaking the top parts that hold the elastics. Maybe like a month behind on treatment. The photo with the iems is last week and the headphones is a month after getting invisalign. Just looking for tips because I’ve heard a lot of talk about recession with braces/invalisgn. Marpe and headgear maybe?

i think you got the photos mixed up his infras have gotten way better and his overbite is not that noticable anymore but i would still get it fixed if i were him

Any way to max infras and the upper maxilla. Would a Marpe and RPH help? I’m almost 17 so I wanna wait a year or two before considering surgery. Also starting HGH+letrolzole in 2 weeks.

the hgh and letrozole is not for my infras at all by the way. I’m taking it for height

any small procedures you recommend to get? I'm in Colombia for the rest of the month and my mom says I could get some work done if I want.
