Ur masseter is a muscle like any other, doing a fuck ton of reps won't get u anywhere. U don't need to chew for hours on end. I have Invisalign too and i used the green chewy things that came in my box. They are quite hard to chew and i used to chew on them for like 1-2 minutes a day.
