They are gonna mean next to nothing in the coming generations.
What I have noticed is that older girls gives more ioi not only to me but all other men, where they are genuine ioi and not stemming from something else.
The younger ones would rather go by tinder, happn or make it very obvious.
The amount of times I have heard from younger girls:
"This guy is coming on to me just because I smiled or was polite etc.
He is not even my type at all. It's annoying you can't even be nice without them taking it as something different"
What we gotta realise if in doubt she probably not intrested, holding frame won't do shit.
