If you don't get IOIs from a bitch then don't even waste your time trying to talk to her. Every single time that I've had success was when the dumb bitch showed me IOIs to begin with. No exception. Not even a single one. Anytime I tried my luck with a bitch that didn't show IOIs, it went nowhere. Women make it extremely easy for men when it comes to who they should go and talk to and who they should stay away from.
