IPD and ESR

My IPD is roughly 63-64mm and my bizygomatic width is around 145mm (measured by wrapping my fingers around my face and using a ruler). This puts my ESR at approximately 0.434-0.441. Both measurements are slightly below ideal (I believe ideal IPD is around 65mm and ideal ESR is around 0.45). Which one matters more? Also, my gonions are very outward. On top of that, I have a deep bite which has caused my masseters to become overworked, combined with outward gonions this makes my face look like a fucking minecraft steve.


My main flaws right now are recessed infraorbitals, slightly narrow lips (around 2mm), and slight downward maxillary growth. I'm still 15, so I'm hoping these issues (especially the downward growth) can be fixed or at least somewhat improved with orthodontics. Either way, I'm 6'5 at 15 so it doesn't matter.

well guess what boyo, 3-4 more years of growing and you will be a 7'2 60kg twink that won't appeal to anyone or in the best case get a girl that is 4'10 and you will look like a pedo

I'm almost 16, Tallest person in my family that I know of is my uncle at like 6'7. My parents are kinda shorter (dad 6'3 mom 5'6). I seriously doubt I'll grow much more.

Surgeries bro, surgeries. Biggest ones I'm considering are a slight lip lift (my philtrum is like 16-17mm but i still have an ideal chin to philtrum ratio: 2.35-2.5) and fat grafting for my infras, maybe a rhinoplasty for the bump in my nose
