Which is best for determining eye spacing.

Also what's the ideal ratio for both. Got a friend who says i have slightly wide........... set eyes and i want to measure to be sure

Ideally use both to get a good idea, IPD should be b/w 60–70mm, ESR 0.44-0.47.
