Is cheekbone shaving ( improving ES ratio) and nasal bridge reduction ( improving the distance between the inner canthus and nasal bridge) a good idea. Combined with lip lift 0.2 increase of midface ratio.

Opposite is true, having lots of eyebrow hair in inner corners makes eyes look that they fit in correctly, having it trimmed make low IPD more obvious because canthus would just stick into nose

When you see someone with noticeably wide eyes most of the times they have a flat/non-defined nose bridge, a flat nose nridge makes ipd appears way higher
None of them are retarded since basically the impact of a low ipd on harmony is ten time bigger than the loss of dimorphism rhat would arise from those surgeries, you know it very well and it might be one of your ways of redemption along LL.

OP : Get MSE and chew (1-2mm of ipd gains would already be a big difference in your case), get your nose bridge less defined, GROW THE OUTER PART OF YOUR EYEBROWS WITH MINOX, and if it's still not enough get zygos shaving
With all of that you should be able to partially fix this problem.

They won’t.

They will, although most of the force goes to lower maxilla a little part goes to upper maxilla during mse's expansion, chewing would simply accentuate the expansion of the upper maxilla since masseter's insertions are directly linked to the zygomatico-maxillary complex (upper maxilla).
That combined with zygos shaving could potentially allow you to live a normal and fulfilling live without being the modern incarnation of the monster of the Iliad.
