No, you cannot remove your IPD, however what you could do if you really wanted to decrease it is get a OBO (orbital box osteotomy) which consists of cutting and repositioning the eye sockets inward however I don't recommend this at all as it is extremely invasive. (the transcranial approach, risks include vision loss, brain complications, infection, asymmetry, nerve damage, and theres also a very long recovery after the surgery.) A more natural method that I would more than likely recommend are lateral zygomatic implants or fillers in order to flare the cheekbones to BE wider, what that would result in (more flared cheekbones) is a total improvement in the ES ratio sect. Additionally, build a more angular jaw, gonion widening, and a square chin. That would expand the mandibular width and squareness, which balances wider eyes by thus making the lower-third dominate visually. I hope this helped.
