either pronounce your radix or do OBO, there is little you can do.

I'm not worried about my IPD (my IPD is good), but my forehead could be a little more forward grown, just a minimal amount more prominent. But I know it's my psl autism getting in the way of thinking logically, which is something most users on this forum suffer from

what suture exactly? Regular Expander like MSE/SARPE does nothing to IPD.
