Once I saw these posts that ruined male models’ facial harmony just by decreasing their ES ratios by a mere 0.04, I came to believe that interpupillary distance is the number 1 most important factor for facial harmony.

Some things affect facial harmony more than others. Like IPD has a huge impact on harmony, but the effect of canthal tilt is less significant.

Chin-to-philtrum is 1:2, so as long as that is taken care of, the philtrum to nose ratio just has to be normal (not short or long). For mouth area, lips are a huge part of attractiveness.
Lips like these:

Decent length that allows jaw width to be balanced evenly and pop out. Thickness that is subtle and soft.
