You do realize that 49 IPD is literally Marko Jaric tier. It’s impossible to look human with IPD that abnormally low.

It all depends upon the size of your skull.

Is 65mm ipd good? My cheekbones are 15-16 cm wide

6.5 is only okay if you have 15cms of zygomatic breadth, over if you have that IPD with 16cms of zygomatic breadth.
