What to make ipd lower cuz im thinking about medial canthus surgeon (medial canthoplasty)
Because my medial canthus is pretty short i want to cut it but i have too thick skin there and im afraid
is surgery for ipd even possible ? Also idk maybe its ESR sometimes someone saying its just ipd bust sometimes its esr

medial canthoplasty isnt going to change your ipd, at best it will change your icd. for ipd you need orbital box osteotomy

ps dont worry about thick skin, it makes no difference before a sharp blade of steel

there isn't a single cosmetic surgery more invasive than orbital box osteotomy, it's as invasive as leFort 3 if not more, huge scars remain, extremely expensive and is almost always reserved for hypertelorism patients (mostly children). Unless your case is super severe you're not going to be taken seriously. I have bad ESR, 0.51, but that still falls in to the healthy range, it doesn't qualify for OBO, and Giant probably botched his patients since we haven't heard from them since and we didn't got any before and afters.
Best way is to fraud it with hair, makeup, and altering ESR with cheekbones (increasing them or getting them shaved). Problem is that my cheekbones are already wide set and I have a high FWHR, that means that I can't enlarge them without looking stupid.

medial wall or fat decompression will reduce ipd but it should only be done if you have somewhat buggy eyes.

otherwise you will get a sunken eye look that is 1000x worse.

My ipd is 66.5-69 mm ipd and still looks bad my icd either not ideal cuz its like one eye and 1/5 of eye im desperate cuz everyone said i would be probably in different life if this would be better
